After rejuvenation, we apply a protective sealant layer designed to shield shingles from continued UV exposure, one of the primary drivers of shingle aging in sun-heavy climates.
The sealant also adds a water-resistant layer at vulnerable points like shingle edges and seams, reducing the chance of water intrusion during wind-driven rain.
